About Shock

Guild Description

Shock is a hardcore casual raiding guild on the Icecrown (PVE) server. We strive to maximize our time and conquer new content during our 9 hour raid week. Characterized by starting and ending promptly, our raids have a businesslike feel where efficiency is a chief concern. We maintain a friendly, helpful atmosphere and hold each other accountable to a high level of execution. Raid times are focused on 10 man raid content including achievements and hard modes. PvP, heroics, and other events are done on our off nights.

Raid Times

Tuesday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
Wednesday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
Sunday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)

Optional Raid Day - Monday: 7pm-10pm server time (9pm-12pm EST/6pm-9pm PDT)
This raid is usually for past content to gear our recruits.

This past Wednesday August 29th <Shock> obtained our Glory of the Dragon Soul Raider Twilight Harbringer Meta Drakes! And now we are finished for progression for the Cataclysm expansion. We are still recruiting going into Mists of Pandaria and are looking forward to a prosperous new expansion!

Shock to finish t13 in 10 mans

Shock made a good run this expansion, made it through some rough patches, lost some people along the way from real life advances, but all in all had a great time with good friends and made good progression. T13 25man downed 6/8 bosses in Heroic Dragon Soul. As a result of some real life conflicts, disinterest, D3, and some lost long time members, beginning 6/20 we will be carrying out the rest of this tier and to the end of the expansion with a 10man group. We intend to finish 8/8 Heroic DS and start back up with 25mans come MoP!
